The UNITOP F5200N is a compact and economically priced gantry robot which can operate over a variety of work spaces, work pieces or conveyor configurations with a working area of 200mm x 200mm and a resolution accuracy of 0.001 mm/axis. It can form dots, lines, arcs and circles with a capacity of 100 programs each with up to 4,000 points per program.

The robot comprises a control module, a teach-pendant and an articulated-gantry. Using the teach pendant, the dispensing robot walks the user through step-by-step instructions to create a sophisticated dispensing operation in minutes using windows compatible software.

The low capital cost plus quick learning curve and great flexibility of the F5200N promise a quick return on investment.
