£250 PPE prize for Safe Workplace Manufacturing Champion 19 September 2014

Arco is offering a £250 voucher to spend on PPE to the winner of the Safe Workplace Champion Award at WM's Manufacturing Champions Awards.

The prize will be redeemable at Arco's website or one of the PPE supplier's trade counters on workwear, hi-vis garments and safety shoes.

The Safe Workplace Champion Award, sponsored by Arco, is open to manufacturing employees who demonstrate exceptional commitment to raising site safety standards.

Judges will want to see evidence of the entrant's impact on reducing injuries and lost-time incidents as well as clear commitment to taking safety from a compliance based activity to a core factory value.

The Safe Workplace Champion is open for entry until 15 October.

The category forms part of Works Management's all-new Manufacturing Champions Awards, which aim to celebrate the people behind British manufacturing success.

The Manufacturing Champions Awards also include Rising Star, Manufacturing Leader, Manufacturing Team, Employee-led Innovation, Community Champion and Unsung Hero Awards.
