SOE launches Plant Engineer of the Year award 03 March 2015

SOE (the Society of Operations Engineers) has launched a new award aimed at recognising the important work done by plant engineers.

Spearheaded by IPlantE – the SOE's plant engineering professional sector – the award is designed to recognise an individual engineer who has made an outstanding contribution to any aspect of plant engineering.

Nominations for this award will be accepted from individuals, colleagues, employers, and SOE corporate partner organisations.

Entries will be judged by SOE staff and members of the IPlantE professional sector council.

The winning plant engineer will receive £500 worth of CPD (continuing professional development) sponsorship and will be invited to the SOE annual luncheon in London.

This award is open to all plant engineers (excluding members of SOE's IPlantE professional sector council).

Closing date for nominations is 31 May 2015, and a nomination form can be found by clicking the link below.
