Manufacturing Champions Awards deadline extended 14 October 2014

The entry deadline to nominate your star factory employees for Works Management's all-new Manufacturing Champions Awards has been extended to 24 October.

Manufacturing Champions will celebrate teams and individuals who have gone the extra mile to deliver world-class kaizen.

Categories include Manufacturing Leader, Rising Star, Safe Workplace Champion and Manufacturing Team Awards. Finalists will be invited to a glittering awards ceremony at the Midland Hotel, Manchester on 4 December.
Entry is cost free and forms can be downloaded at www.manufacturing-champions.co.uk/categories

Manufacturing Champions, sponsored by the Manufacturing Institute, is the first awards to exclusively celebrate the all-important people who spur UK manufacturing success. As well as celebrating outstanding factory performers, we also hope to promote to a national audience the dynamic and exciting careers on offer in the sector.

Max Gosney, group editor at Works Management, said: "It's high time for the hardworking people who keep our production lines purring to take a curtain call. If you are truly proud of your people then please take advantage of this entry deadline extension and nominate them. Together we can show the public that a career in manufacturing is something worth aspiring to."

There's still time to tell us about your Manufacturing Champions. Download an entry form now at: www.manufacturing-champions.co.uk/categories
