ComVac, the trade fair for compressed air and vaccum technology, is being held in halls 25 and 26 from 1-5 April. See also: www.is.gd/asotur

Logika Control (stand D71, hall 26) says that its ‘winning formula’ for the upcoming Hanover fair is new products and a new corporate image. In July 2019, the Italian company celebrates its 25th anniversary.

The company specialises in development and production of electronic controllers for management and monitoring of compressed air production plants for industrial use.

Displayed are new LogiTronik controller series. Touch screens, graphics, and modular solutions are also key points of the new products.

It is also presenting the LogikaCloud system, a digital platform, operated remotely through a browser, to monitor devices and plants in real time. Users with an internet connection can see operational data collected from different devices, displayed in a graphical interface, as well as managing machine parameters. Users can see machine status, see alarms and reset them, and see hour-counters, too.

Data are read and written to controllers through RS232 or RS485 using the Modbus RTU protocol. LogikaCloud data communications use an AES 256 cybersecurity algorithm.

Noiseless Acoustics of Finland (stand H34/1, hall 25) will use the Hanover Fair to focus on energy savings – mainly air leak detection.

On display will be the NL Camera, which can be used during routine inspections to automatically show where leaks are located, on screen, using ultrasound.

With the supplied external battery, users can get up to eight hours of usage whilst taking pictures.

The device can even be synchronized to the cloud, and when multiple users use their own NL Cameras, the results can easily be shared throughout an organisation or to a customer, via online or through PDF reports.

Visitors to the Noiseless Acoustics stand will also be able to try out the camera.

AF Compressors, a Belgian manufacturer of three-stage oil-free compressors for PET bottle blowing application, has launched a two stage oil-free compressor range for 7-10 bar oil-free compressed air applications.

The new oil-free air compressor range is said to offer at least 15% higher energy efficiency compared to common rotative compressor technologies, such as dry screw and centrifugal compressors, as well as lower maintenance costs and much longer reliable lifetime.

At Hanover, AF Compressors will present its latest development with the new range OPC90-132.

IN BRIEF:

JORC Industrial BV (stand D56, hall 26) specialises in compressed air condensate management, with Industry 4.0 technologies being incorporated into the product line. At Hanover, it will show how such technology offers condensate processing data and product performance data.

VMC Italy (stand D60, hall 26) will be showcasing its products and services during Hanover. The firm designs and manufactures valves, air-ends and integrated solutions, in doing so, turning the traditional concept of a screw compressor into a functional, compact, eco-sustainable, cost-effective and resilient work tool, it says.

KTC (Kompact Technology Compressor) (stand B77, hall 26) is said to represent the evolution of screw compressors, compared with traditional compressors on the market. Among its products are the ECO Series and KMEB Range
