The addition of the new service aims to help customers cut down time spent reordering, reduce human error and ensure smooth production.

When ordering products through Zoro’s Order Subscription service, customers can choose a monthly, weekly or bi-weekly option. They can also choose a start and end date for the subscription, and can make the dates the same, effectively functioning as a single scheduled order.
Matenaers continues: “Many businesses reorder the same supplies on a regular basis. Order Subscription ensures much-needed items will be delivered when the business needs them without having to remember to place the order. This means no delays in production due to downtime.

Order Subscription, which has been exclusively released to Zoro Business Account customers, will be rolled out to all customers toward the end of the year.
